JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

High-Level Objective: As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to enhance our sales strategies, optimize product performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive our business growth. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and support data-informed decision-making.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

High-Level Objective: As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to enhance our sales strategies, optimize product performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive our business growth. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and support data-informed decision-making.

Specific Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze sales data, customer interactions, and market trends to uncover actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies that impact sales and product performance.

Predictive Modeling and Forecasting:

  • Build and deploy predictive models to forecast sales trends, customer demand, and product performance.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms to enhance sales predictions, optimize pricing strategies, and improve customer segmentation

Sales Strategy Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotional activities, providing recommendations for optimization.

Product Performance Analysis:

  • Assess the performance of autonomous robotic mowers by analyzing user feedback, usage data, and operational metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to the product development team to guide enhancements and new feature development.

Data Integration and Management:

  • Integrate data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales databases, and external market research, to create a unified data repository.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleaning processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that address their objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format, including visualizations and written reports.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, preferably within a sales-driven or software-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and
  • JavaScript and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms is a plus.
