Role Overview

The Amazon Account Manager Assistant supports the Amazon account management team by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Amazon accounts. This role involves optimizing product listings, assisting with promotion management, conducting competitor analysis, and managing meeting agendas. The assistant will also help ensure compliance with Amazon policies and support client communication.

Responsibilities

- Meeting Management & Coordination:

- Create, maintain, and follow through on agendas for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings.

- Post-meeting follow-up: Assign and track tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accountability for completion.

- Listing Optimization & Compliance:

- Assist with content updates, A/B testing, and SEO optimization for product listings.

- Conduct regular listing compliance checks to prevent deactivation or suspension.

- Competitor & Performance Monitoring:

- Regularly monitor competitor listings, including pricing, promotions, and product details.

- Track keyword rankings and sales performance, providing actionable insights for the team.

- Monitor Best Seller Rank (BSR) and report any trends or significant changes.

- Promotion & Inventory Management:

- Assist with the setup of promotions such as Lightning Deals and coupons.

- Track promotion performance and provide timely updates on successes or issues.

- Oversee inventory reports and ensure timely shipments from clients.

- Task & Project Management:

- Help track progress on larger projects or tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Update internal documentation and training materials as needed.

- Client Communication Support:

- Provide light support in drafting email updates or summaries for client communications.

- Keep clients informed of actions taken and upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of account management or similar experience managing multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts.

- A minimum of 3 years experience with Amazon Seller Central

- Basic knowledge of SEO and A/B testing.

- Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.

- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
