Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field
  • 10 years of relevant IT experience
  • Preferably with experience in service transition from one service provider to another (*note: this is different from project transition to support team)
  • Experience in leading a complex team and stakeholder management
  • With experience in handling project financials, timeline, and scope management
  • With background in development and testing projects
  • Problem-solving aptitude and excellent analytical skill
  • Excellent communication skills and business writing skills
  • Preferably with IT certification, ITIL certified or the likes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Service provider SPOC for the engagement, owning the transition process and service delivery post transition
  • Oversee all transition activities, providing single point of escalation for issues, risks and people sourcing decisions.
  • Assist the Regional Account Executive on all aspects of Account Management and related activities During the Account Initialization phase.
  • Drive establishment of Account and Program Governance, including initiating the setup of the program management, reporting, and account governance processes.
  • Support and participate in post contract verification activities led by the Due diligence organization.
  • Prepare documents for transition and lead regional transition reviews.
  • Participate in operational verification to validate all the different elements of the contract and assumptions for contract change control or risk mitigation to finalize transition plans.
  • Participate in service assessment to evaluate the actual baseline of service and SLAs for takeover.
  • MonCo-Development transition costs and drive clarity/mitigation where there are issues.
  • Manages the overall Transition & Transformation program team to agreed project plan (scope, time, cost, quality)
  • Manages program issues, decisions and risks, including escalation to sponsors
  • Reports program progress, status, forecast
  • Manages scope changes to the program
  • Primary point of contact for the program
  • Provides access to the program sponsors
  • Manages program staffing
  • Manages and monCo-Developments program financials
  • Provides support on program processes, templates and tools
  • Manages the execution of processes and reporting of the Program
