Job Summary
The Regional Service Manager is responsible for the effective monitoring and review of operational performance of assigned branches in adherence to policies and basic controls. He/She reinforces operation controls and risk mitigants to achieve passing Internal/External and Compliance Audits. He/She ensures standardize processes across all branches under areas without oversight on delivery of quality service.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
Experience: At least four to five years of experience in Branch Banking in a managerial level
Competencies: Branch Operations, Internal Policies and Procedures, Computer Literacy, Oral and Written Communication, Supervisory Skills
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Branch Banking: 5 years (Preferred)
