Your Role:

As our Sourcing and Procurement Supervisor, you will be pivotal in driving our procurement strategy, optimizing cost efficiency and supplier relationships, and leveraging your accounting expertise to help out our Finance Team. You will identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring that we secure the best products at the most competitive prices.

You will research potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate contracts that benefit both our company and our partners. Your analytical skills will play a crucial role in assessing supplier performance and market trends, enabling us to make informed sourcing decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and source suppliers that align with our quality and pricing standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable purchasing agreements.
  • Analyze financial data to assess the cost-effectiveness of sourcing decisions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Utilize your accounting expertise to track sourcing expenditures and report on budget impacts.
  • Support the finance team with financial reporting related to purchasing activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing and Procurement Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Preferably with experience or a strong foundation in accounting.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to foster strong supplier relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
