Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our hotel. This role is essential in ensuring the hotel's workforce is effectively managed, motivated, and aligned with our goals. The HR Manager will work closely with management to develop strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns or grievances.
  • Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on employee issues.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide training for managers on effective evaluations.
  • Assist in setting performance standards and goals for employees.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and career advancement opportunities.
  1. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate compensation management.
  • Evaluate and recommend employee benefits programs to remain competitive.
  1. Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  1. Health & Safety:
  • Promote workplace safety and implement health and safety programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel safety standards.
  1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports on employee turnover, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Analyze data to improve HR processes and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
