Job Title: HR Manager

Position Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management within the hospital, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve conflicts or issues.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on evaluations.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and develop training programs as needed.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Review and update HR policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Implement orientation and training programs for new hires to ensure compliance and quality care standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Manage payroll processes and employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
