Position Overview:
Remote Hire is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from our e-commerce technology stack, providing actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. This role will involve working closely with various teams to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer experience, and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, GA4, Listrak, Meta, Google Ads, and TOMS (inventory/ERP).
Create comprehensive data reports that offer clear insights into the e-commerce performance.
Provide strategic recommendations for A/B testing, revenue optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
Analyze and optimize marketing spend across different channels to maximize ROI.
Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics for marketing and product teams to track performance effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and solutions.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud and GA4.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience in setting, tracking, and analyzing KPIs within a business environment.
