About the Job:
Department: Service Delivery
Reports to: Technical Team Lead
Work Model: WFO, Full On-Site
Shift Type: Night Shift (Eastern Time Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
- Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
- Application installation and support
- Printer installation and support
- Client VPN installation and support
- O365 Administration Support
- Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
- Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in Service Desk/Help Desk Support
- Knowledge in troubleshooting on Active Directory, Desktop, Office 365, Windows Server, Firewall, VPN, End User Management
- Must have good to excellent written/verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year experience in handling global/international clients
- Must be amenable to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City)
- Must be amenable to work night shift
- Must be comfortable traveling to BGC and must be in close proximity
Benefits:

- Night Shift Differential: 10% of Regular Hourly Rate - For each hour work performed between 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, PH Time
