  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

About the Job:

Department: Service Delivery

Reports to: Technical Team Lead

Work Model: WFO, Full On-Site

Shift Type: Night Shift (Eastern Time Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
  • Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
  • Application installation and support
  • Printer installation and support
  • Client VPN installation and support
  • O365 Administration Support
  • Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
  • Active Directory user management and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in Service Desk/Help Desk Support
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting on Active Directory, Desktop, Office 365, Windows Server, Firewall, VPN, End User Management
  • Must have good to excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience in handling global/international clients
  • Must be amenable to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City)
  • Must be amenable to work night shift
  • Must be comfortable traveling to BGC and must be in close proximity

Benefits:

  • Night Shift Differential: 10% of Regular Hourly Rate - For each hour work performed between 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, PH Time
