As the Associate Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Reporting to the Director Sales, you will play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, industries, and client segments.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Lead the development of sales proposals and presentations, ensuring they effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
- SAAS SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, preferably for SaaS Startups.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
