Responsibilities
- Create and set up new PPC campaigns for client brands on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, based on campaign objectives and target audience.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and search terms for client
- products, optimizing campaign targeting and bid strategies to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Monitor and adjust keyword bids regularly to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired advertising goals, balancing cost-efficiency with ad visibility and conversion rates.
- Write compelling ad copy for PPC campaigns, including ad headlines, descriptions, and call-to-action phrases, to attract clicks and drive traffic to client product listings.
- Test and optimize ad creative elements, such as images, videos, and ad formats, to improve ad performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), and advertising spend, using analytics tools to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand competitor advertising strategies and performance on Amazon, leveraging insights to refine client PPC campaigns and gain a competitive edge.
- Optimize ad placement strategies to maximize visibility and performance across different placements on Amazon, including search results, product detail pages, and external websites.
- Implement A/B testing experiments to test different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies, measuring performance variations to inform future campaign optimizations.
- Generate regular performance reports for clients, summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimizing PPC campaigns and improving overall advertising effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's advertising policies and guidelines, staying informed about policy changes and updates, and proactively addressing any compliance issues that may arise in client campaigns.
- Able to demonstrate with 3 to 4 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central platform.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Motivated, driven, tech-savvy individuals with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
- Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator in the English language.
- Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC-05:00)
- Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and quiet area for client and team meetings.
- Remote experience.
- E-commerce experience (Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites.
