Job Description

The Strategy Analyst will support the strategy execution function of the Strategy, Insights and Analytics (SIA) team of B2B. This involves managing the portfolio of major projects under the B2B business. In addition, the Strategy Manager will support the Head of SIA in business planning, preparing governance presentations and conducting ad hoc studies.

Duties And Responsibilities

Strategy Execution

• Prepare project identification workshops
• Organize and support project governance meetings in the B2B business
• Have discussions with the representatives of different divisions in B2B to ensure that project trackers are updated
• Drive and support division representatives in properly documenting the progress of projects and preparing for project governance meetings
• Manage the portfolio of major B2B projects, which includes prioritizing projects, identifying interdependencies alongside division representatives, monitoring project portfolio risks and providing project portfolio updates to the Head of SIA and other key management members
  
  
  

Strategy / business planning and intelligence studies

• Support the Head of SIA in preparing for business planning sessions and developing the overall strategy and plans for the B2B business
• Prepare ad hoc studies and analysis pieces that can include market research and studies for special topics
• Prepare governance presentation materials
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 or more years in experience in a project management-related or strategy-related role
• Has the ability to manage stakeholders
• Ideally, a candidate who has a experience in record in project governance and management
• Can conduit research activities
• An intermediate level of knowledge in financial analysis is an advantage
• Soft skills: Good communication skills, Stakeholder management
• Hard skills: Project Management, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, Basic financial analysis skills is an advantage, reporting or visualization / dashboard is an advantage
• A certification in project governance and / or management is an advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related degree
