  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all investments of accounts that hold more than one asset class, for both peso and non-peso
  • Develops a rational and measurable investment strategies with asset allocation as the primary driver.
  • Prudently deploy funds as warranted by the investment strategy
  • Reviews and calibrates strategy on a regular basis and ensures the same are followed thru regular performance appraisals
  • Ensures compliance to regulatory requirements and internal risk controls
  • Mentors and guides IOs under the department and create a path for growth of each team member
  • Proposes new investment outlets for both fixed income and equities, peso and non-peso instruments.
  • Continuously monitors developments in both domestic and foreign markets and provides insightful updates to both internal and external clients of TBG.
  • Leads fund performance reviews with clients.
  • Maintains good relationship with TBG's accredited counterparties and ensures the bank's highest standards are satisfied.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related areas
  • With at least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in investment management, specifically within buy-side or sell-side functions
  • Extensive expertise in Capital Markets, particularly in bonds, equities, and derivatives
  • CFA charter holder is a significant advantage
  • Ability to lead teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for client and stakeholder management
  • Must be willing to report onsite at BGC Taguig
