We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can also handle outbound calling tasks. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring smooth operations, excellent communication, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects, clients, or partners for various purposes (lead generation, follow-up, appointment setting, surveys, etc.).
- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance such as email management, scheduling, and data entry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information from calls and interactions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, appointments, or demos for the sales team or other stakeholders.
