Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers by initiating private conversations via online chat, ensuring that every interaction is welcoming and supportive. You’ll address and resolve inquiries and concerns efficiently, striving for customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

In this role, you’ll create engaging and informative replies that reflect our service values, making each conversation meaningful. Maintaining professionalism is key; you will uphold a respectful demeanor in all interactions, which positively represents our brand.

Additionally, you’ll effectively utilize our customer relationship management system to track customer interactions and provide seamless service. When complex inquiries arise, you’ll recognize the need for additional support and promptly escalate them to the appropriate team or manager. Finally, keeping accurate records of all conversations will be essential for ensuring clarity and continuity in service.


Requirements:
To join our team as a Customer Service Representative , you should meet the following qualifications: you must be fluent in English (C1 level or higher) and have a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute. A reliable internet connection is essential, with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed. You’ll need a professional work setup, as inappropriate locations are not acceptable.
