Job Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine training requirements across different departments.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, crafting instructional materials, presentations, and interactive activities within the organization.
  • Present training sessions in diverse formats, such as in-person workshops, online webinars, and, if needed, e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to ensure the accuracy, currency, and alignment of training materials with business objectives.

Performance Management

  • Handle and track the Probationary Period of the new employee, while ensuring that all documents are signed and prepared.
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of collated PDP forms including the worksheet.
  • Tracking of employees with rewards for Employee Referral Program (ERP).
  • Conduct Exit Interviews from Rank-and-File to Officer /Jr. Managerial Level.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Data Summary of Exit Interview information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Training/L&D, and Performance Management gained from a fast-paced company.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • With high degree of integrity and ability to keep things in confidential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Amenable to work on-site (Quezon City)
