Job Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine training requirements across different departments.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, crafting instructional materials, presentations, and interactive activities within the organization.
- Present training sessions in diverse formats, such as in-person workshops, online webinars, and, if needed, e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to ensure the accuracy, currency, and alignment of training materials with business objectives.
Performance Management
- Handle and track the Probationary Period of the new employee, while ensuring that all documents are signed and prepared.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of collated PDP forms including the worksheet.
- Tracking of employees with rewards for Employee Referral Program (ERP).
- Conduct Exit Interviews from Rank-and-File to Officer /Jr. Managerial Level.
- Maintain a comprehensive Data Summary of Exit Interview information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Business Administration or Human Resources Management
- At least 3-5 years experience in Training/L&D, and Performance Management gained from a fast-paced company.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
- Can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- With high degree of integrity and ability to keep things in confidential.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Amenable to work on-site (Quezon City)
