Are you passionate about video editing, motion graphics, creating custom animations, and producing corporate content for diverse audiences? If so, this full-time, remote opportunity could be perfect for you.

We are looking for talented Motion Graphic Designers/Video Editors to join a dynamic team. You will play a key role in shaping content creation strategies, collaborating closely with the team, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be creative, adept at generating ideas, and able to take projects from conception to final release.

You will work on videos that range in style—some are entirely stock footage, others are focused on animation and motion graphics, and many are a blend of both. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform raw/stock footage into captivating videos that align with brand guidelines and engage audiences.
  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and effects in Adobe After Effects (rotoscoping, tracking, masking, and overlays required).
  • Edit and produce short videos (typically 1-4 minutes) for use in sales, marketing, HR, and corporate communications.
  • Efficiently execute client requests while keeping tasks within scope and on schedule.
  • Collaborate with team leads to maximize the potential of each project.
  • Ensure availability during work hours, responding promptly to communications.
  • Select and edit music/audio to enhance video content.
  • Create custom animated text and titles based on project briefings.
  • Meet deadlines and adapt to shifting workloads in a fast-paced media cycle.
  • Lead the post-production process for each video project.
  • Partner with leadership to develop promotional content for events, products, and clients.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with stock footage and music licensing, as well as the Frame.io review platform.
  • Experience in creating explainer videos with animation/motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Professional Requirements:

  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Extensive experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
  • Team player with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to assess creative briefs.

Equipment Requirements:

  • A fully functional computer or laptop capable of handling 4K video and animation projects.
  • Updated versions of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and sound/music editing software.
  • A webcam for team meetings and training sessions.

Day Shift: Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, with additional overtime as needed.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Motion Graphics/Video Editing preferred.
