Ensure compliance with global and local financial regulations and standards.
Product Integrity and Security:
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure the highest standards of data protection and fraud prevention.
User Experience and Satisfaction:
Work closely with product development and customer service teams to implement changes based on customer feedback.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Collaborate with product development teams to optimize product performance and address any performance issues proactively
Quality Training and Awareness:
Foster a culture of quality & continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:
Act as the quality advocate within the organization, ensuring that all teams prioritize quality in their work.
Risk Management and Mitigation:
Responsibility: Ensure all quality-related risks are documented, and stakeholders are informed and involved in risk mitigation.
Reporting and Analysis:
Responsibility: Ensure transparency in reporting and make recommendations for actions based on data analysis.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze quality data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure data security.
