The Transformation and Governance Head is a strategic leader who drives organizational change and ensures effective orchestration and execution of the Enterprise Data and Strategic Services Group's goals and objectives.
He/She evaluates the current state of the group, leads the development of its overall transformation/ data strategy, and oversees its implementation.
The role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and tactical implementation, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals, with a focus on synthesizing across the different verticals under the EDS/data office for organizational development.

Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic Management
- Develop and refine the mid to long-term vision and transformation strategy for the Enterprise Data and Strategic Services Group or Data office.
- Create a detailed roadmap outlining the phases, timelines, and key milestones of the transformation.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data, insights, strategy, pricing, products and strategic services and incorporate relevant insights into the transformation/strategy.
- Orchestrate and execute data strategy across all verticals of the group/s
- Develop and manage the budget group, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the transformation process.
- Proactively assess future skill requirements to prepare the team for the evolving needs of the organization and the industry.
- Design and implement targeted talent development programs to build critical capabilities and competencies.
- Foster a forward-thinking culture that embraces change and positions the team for success in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to productize strategy, insights, and analytics enablement across the commercial group/EDS/Data organization.
- Contribute to the development of the organization/group business strategy and plans.
- Develop and implement business plans for the Enterprise Data and Strategic Services Group/Data office.
- Regularly monitor and report on the group's performance against its business goals and mobilize and push for execution/pivot/revisit if needed
- Manage the group's budget and resources.
