We are an international modeling agency looking for a skilled and motivated HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As our agency continues to grow, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring smooth team operations, playing a key role in building our talented and diverse team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for models and support staff (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the modeling industry.
- Facilitate communication and ensure strong relationships between models and support teams.
- Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and contracts.
- Maintain and organize employee records, including models’ portfolios and contracts.


Requirements:

- 6 months or more of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in the modeling, creative, or media industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and HR management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.


Position Details:

- Starting as a part-time role, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as the agency expands.
- Flexible working hours, fully remote.
