We are seeking an experienced Onsite Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and identify areas for growth.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events if needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
