Job Description:

Achieve target building occupancy and revenue based on approved business plan by assisting the Account Manager through creation of reports and presentations and to achieve high level customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business related course
  • 7 years experience in office leasing, sales or customer service
  • Real Estate Broker (Optional)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, personable, demonstrates integrity, dependability and accountability, detail oriented
  • With excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willing to work on-site (Pasay)

Roles and Responsibilities:

LEASE MANAGEMENT

• Prepare the approved marketing and presentation materials to be used during building tours, client pitch, etc.

• Coordinate site inspection schedule to Operations and other involved groups (EDD Ops, EDD Design) to ensure the building is ready for client tours.

• Coordinate with clients and brokers for schedule of meetings and presentations

• Acknowledge any concern/query of tenants and immediately coordinate this with the AM for immediate discussion with Operations and other involved groups.

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate with Lease Admin for the creation of SAP Contracts.

• Draft the Terms of Reference with supervision of the AM.

• Prepare the final negotiated Terms of Reference and Contract of Lease for office and parking for execution/notary.

• Coordinate and disseminate management approval memos to concerned internal departments, and ensure that Operations was able to relay the information to the tenant.

• Coordinate with Lease Admin for the processing of Contract Renewals and Contract Amendments

• Send Renewal Notice for renewing tenants at least three months prior to the agreed lease renewal confirmation in the lease contract of every tenant.
