  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Data Analyst Entry Specialist (focus on data migration)

Job Responsibilities
  • Support new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Create ad-hoc performance dashboards to give our clients information and insights into their business' performance.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data sources into interpretable and reproducible datasets that are ready for analysis and/or data migrations
  • Assist with data extraction and reporting, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and quality are achieved.
  • Working with developers, DevOps engineers and business analysis to identify, plan and solve business problems.
  • Work with customer data to strategize, collect, clean and interpret data within your team
  • Set up and Integrate PowerBI to Client’s environment
  • Manipulation, integration and analysis of client’s raw data
  • Consult with external and internal stakeholders to identify the desired insight and/or result
  • Follow and execute data migration process for customer implementation or consulting projects
  • Reporting and discussing results of data analysis to relevant team members
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
  • Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary

Qualifications
  • A degree in data analytics, other relevant qualification, or equivalent industry experience

  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms

Prior Experience
  • 2 + years’ experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Experience in data models and reporting packages
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
  • Good business acumen, with a keen desire to work across the organisation to analyse and improve the business

Highly Desirable Skills
  • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases
  • Experience across the Microsoft Platform (Dynamics, PowerBI, Power Platform)
  • Interest, passion, and high aptitude for technology, especially in data and analytics
