The Head of HR, Philippines, will lead the HR agenda across the Philippines. This role integrates multiple HR functions to respond and adapt to evolving business needs, ensuring organizational and people effectiveness. As the senior-most HR leader in the country, you will report to the Global HR Director, based in Singapore, and be part of the regional leadership team.

The Head of HR, Philippines, will lead the HR agenda across the Philippines. As the senior-most HR leader in the country, you will report to the Global HR Director, based in Singapore, and be part of the regional leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategic Partnership:
- Be an active member of the Philippines leadership teams, representing regional HR needs within Dyson.
- Develop and execute people strategies and planning activities that drive organizational and people effectiveness.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders, providing consultation and support for organizational design and workforce planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, challenging and influencing business direction into strategic and tactical HR plans.
- Lead and integrate the Philippines HR team, ensuring effective collaboration with global HR Centres of Excellence (COE) to deliver local agendas.
- Build and drive a high-performance culture, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Continuously improve HR processes, leveraging metrics and analytics to facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and implement both global and local HR policies.
- Handle employee relations casework, including investigations, dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and redundancies.
- Partner with HR Operations for seamless execution of HR services and address escalations as needed.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition drive talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, manage succession planning, and address capability assessments.
- Coach leaders to address performance issues and deliver effective feedback, building performance management capabilities.
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance skill sets and prepare the workforce for future challenges.
- Degree and professionally qualified in HR or related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience in HR generalist roles, providing both operational and strategic support in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge & experience in local labor laws and employee relations
- Previous experience in sectors such as IT or Engineering is advantageous.
- Strong personal integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach, prioritizing effectively amid multiple priorities.
