Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement OD programs, including training initiatives, leadership development, and team-building activities to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and employee assessments.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or process improvements.

- Work closely with HR teams and department leaders to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to address specific challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of performance management, training, and development principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
