Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cold Calling Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a confident and enthusiastic communicator, has excellent command of the English language, and is experienced in cold calling for sales. You will be working remotely from the Philippines and will be required to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to promote and sell our services/products.
* Qualify leads, understand client needs, and schedule follow-up calls.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in our CRM.
* Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally.
* Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales pitches and strategies.
* Continuously improve through feedback and training.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing sales.
* Exceptional verbal communication skills and a neutral accent.
* Strong command of the English language (written and spoken).
* Ability to work independently and handle rejection with professionalism.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
* Must be available to work PST hours (9 AM - 5 PM).
