ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE - FULLY REMOTE

THIS IS A FULL TIME, PERMANENT, REMOTE POSITION

We are an international creative and marketing agency with offices in the UK and Dubai. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Client Manager/Account Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in design, marketing or advertising agencies and be skilled in managing client relationships, project coordination, and ensuring client success.

THE ROLE
As the Client Success Manager, you are at the epicenter of all projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time at the highest quality. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of client projects from inception through to launch. Translating a brief into a detailed project scope, time planning, accurate budgeting and managing the project team effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and gather feedback
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with client goals
• Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2+ years of proven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager, preferably in a web design/development, marketing or advertising agency
• Fluent in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and obsessive attention to detail
• Proficient in project management tools
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US/Europe time zones to best support clients
