Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operator to join our real estate team, focusing on lead generation for the buy and sell of houses. This role is perfect for someone passionate about real estate and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via phone and text, responding to inquiries and generating leads.
- Process property transactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:
- Strong American accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology is advantageous.
