Core Responsibilities
- Lead and support our remote team (content writer, designer, and intern)
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across both businesses
- Develop and implement SOPs to optimize workflow efficiency
- Ensure quality control of team deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and problem-solving
Key Requirements
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong project management background
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with remote work experience
- Ability to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
- Fluent in English
Preferred Skills (Training Provided)
- Experience with ClickUp
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel
