  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to help us develop essential knowledge base articles, training manuals, release notes, and how-to guides for our cutting-edge products and services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our users have all the information they need to succeed, working closely with teams across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop polished, engaging content including knowledge base articles, release notes, training manuals, and how-to videos
  • Create automated support communications that simplify customer interactions
  • Translate complex product information into user-friendly content that’s easy to understand and follow
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to research, outline, write, and edit content that serves various audiences
  • Work with development and support leads to revise, edit, and centralize documentation repositories
  • Produce how-to and product functionality videos to showcase new software and hardware features
  • Ensure a consistent tone and voice across all documentation, working closely with the marketing communications team

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an effective technical writer
  • A strong ability to quickly grasp and simplify complex topics
  • Proven experience developing documentation for multiple audiences
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Video editing skills for producing high-quality how-to videos
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to improve UI/UX and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
