Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conducting salary benchmarking, planning, and matrix creation for large organizations (more than 3,000 employees).
  • In-depth knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and industry best practices in compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply market trends to optimize salary structures effectively.
  • Proven ability to strategically formulate and propose competitive compensation packages, including those tailored for international contexts.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, particularly in articulating compensation strategies to higher-level management.
  • Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations to senior management, foreign counterparts, and other key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional command of Excel and other office applications; ability to manage large datasets and perform detailed analysis.
  • Expertise in annual forecasting processes and budget planning.
