The role
This role will be supporting the content and operations of Lazada Social Philippines.
The selected candidate will form a part of the Marketing team and will be working with different teams from different departments and with external agencies to drive and optimize marketing strategies, planned campaigns, and day-to-day social content.
We are looking for storyteller and a creative visionary who is passionate about social. With a good understanding of the in-and-outs of how social works, you will work with the team to drive social content and activations You also understand the fundamentals of analyzing results and data to derive actionable insights to inform social strategy and improve on our approaches and performance metrics.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Social Reporting
- Social performance data extraction and data visualization
- Working with Social team and other stakeholders for performance analysis and evaluation
- Ensuring next steps listed in reports are translated back to social content creationSocial
Content Creation
- Research and identify trends on Social
- Translating trends to content pillars and content creation, to promote Lazada PH initiatives
- Work with various stakeholders on development and adaptation of social content
- Caption copy writing in alignment with Lazada PH social tone and manner Social Operations & Administration
- Content calendar management and curation – balancing posts across Lazada PH social platform (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / X); working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure key campaigns/categories are being highlighted on social
- Vetting of all Brands-related content, ensuring social guidelines are being adhered to
- Managing of Social giveaways – selecting, screening and contacting winners
- Responsible for scheduling and publishing of content across Lazada PH social platforms KOLs Management and Others
- Tracking of content pushes from KOLs / Brand Ambassadors
- Reconciliation of contract deliverables and actual KOLs / Brand Ambassadors’ deliverables
- Support all other Social duties
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study
- 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in high-growth industries with passion for social and content
- Innate knack of social media, content creation, and understanding of marketing
- Good communication skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Readiness to take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability the thrive in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Photoshop or any visual / video editing software(s) is a plus
