DIRECTOR MARKETING

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Regularly analyze the full lead volume funnel & channels, identifying underperforming and high-performing areas. Implement and track progress of any changes to the process, messaging, campaigns, or channels.
  • Report monthly on marketing performance, identifying strengths and opportunities based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with our radio and TV advertising agency to measure and analyze performance of campaigns and channels and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Utilize AI tools to identify room for improvement on, and develop content, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build, run, and manage Hubspot CRM campaigns designed to increase conversion rate, promote referrals, and encourage current clients to restart, iterating and optimizing regularly.
  • Ensure emails are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines (optional)
  • Run & Manage in-app notifications, consistently iterating and optimizing.
  • Run A/B tests for each project or optimization, evaluating effectiveness and tracking lessons learned from each test.
  • Own and perform project management components of marketing initiatives.
  • Project manage tasks from agencies.
  • Iterate and evaluate website optimizations to drive lead conversion (optional)
  • Improve our social media marketing strategy, including experimenting with what creative and messaging drives the most efficient CAC. (optional)
