We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with high-quality candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. This role requires good communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and screenings to assess candidate fit and interest
- Work with hiring partners to understand their specific requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status
- Partner with the Sourcing Lead to perform market research on salary benchmarks and assess the availability of candidate profiles within the industry
- Collaborate with the Sourcing Team to create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and initiatives
- Contribute ideas for branding initiatives that aim to enhance the company’s brand visibility
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably with background in supporting US clients
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using ATS
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
