  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with high-quality candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. This role requires good communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial outreach and screenings to assess candidate fit and interest
  • Work with hiring partners to understand their specific requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status
  • Partner with the Sourcing Lead to perform market research on salary benchmarks and assess the availability of candidate profiles within the industry
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Team to create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and initiatives
  • Contribute ideas for branding initiatives that aim to enhance the company’s brand visibility
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably with background in supporting US clients
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using ATS
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
