We are an Australian based building & construction company, seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our growing team
The Requirements for this role are as follow or must possess expertise in all the below areas
1. Project Management
2. Customer Service
3. Appointment Setter
3. Onboarding Suppliers
4. Supplier Management
5. Great Phone Skills
6. Job Management
7. Work order management
8. Has worked with an Australian contruction company - Preferred
9. Understands Australian contruction company compliance - Preferred (Sorry have no time to teach newbies)
10. This is a 100% remote position but also open to PH workers who are in Australia (Hybrid setup may apply at a diffrent rate)
Project Planning
- Assessing the project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources needed, often using project management software.
- Create detailed schedules that includes milestones and deadlines to ensure timely project completion.
Coordination
- work closely with various teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to align on project goals.
- Managing and allocating resources effectively, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools and materials to carry out their tasks.
Communication
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, tea m me mbers, and external partners.
- Providing regular updates through email s, reports, and meetings to keep everyone informed about project status and any changes.
Documentation
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all project-related documents, such as contracts, design plans, and meeting notes.
- Ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitoring Progress
- Regularly monitoring project progress against the established timeline and budget.
- Identifying potential delays or issues early and developing solutions to keep the project on track.
Risk Management
- Assessing potential risks that could impact the project, whether financial, operational, or environmental.
- Developing contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of unforeseen events.
Quality Control
- Establishing quality standards for materials and workmanship to ensure the final product meets expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting regular checks and audits to ensure compliance with these standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for all project phases, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Monitoring expenses throughout the project, identifying any discrepancies and making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget
Technology Utilization
- Utilizing software tools for planning, scheduling, and communication to streamline operations.
- Analysing data from previous projects to inform decision-making and improve future project outcomes.
Client Relations
- Interacting with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring that the project aligns with their expectations.
- Gathering feedback throughout the project and making necessary adjustments to meet client satisfaction.
