What you will be doing

As the Cyber Security Analyst you will be responsible for building out the maturity of the organisation and will hold a high level of responsibility across horizon scanning, control design, detection / prevention and assurance.

The day to day will be dealing with cyber incidents and investigations, performing daily, weekly, and monthly control checks, assisting across vulnerability management, and managing the phishing platform while helping with to train and make staff aware across the wider business.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in a Cyber Security Analyst position or similar, with strong knowledge of security incident procedures and risk management.
  • Experience in efficiently implementing detection and prevention controls, and conducting investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Working knowledge of multiple security domains such as IAM, PAM, User Access Management, DLP, Data Tagging, and Zero Trust.
  • General knowledge of TCP/IP, web, and cloud-enabled technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of cyber intelligence gathering.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management and risk assessments.
  • SOC (Security Operations Center) experience is beneficial.

  • Must have fluent in English both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical users.
