The penetration tester is responsible for evaluating the security of web applications and their underlying infrastructure to detect vulnerabilities and weaknesses that attackers could exploit. This role involves conducting thorough assessments and penetration tests to uncover potential security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
You will work closely with the Penetration Testing team, business units, and other Cyber teams. We seek a collaborative team player with strong technical knowledge in web application and infrastructure penetration testing. The successful candidate will be part of a global, multi-disciplined security community with clear vision and direction, supported at the highest levels across the business.

Requirements
- Education: While a bachelor’s degree in a related field like computer science, information security, or cybersecurity is often preferred, it is not always mandatory. Relevant industry experience can sometimes compensate for the lack of formal education.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of web technologies, programming languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python), and web application architecture is crucial. Additionally, knowledge of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and databases is beneficial.
- Certification in any of the following:
- CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
- OSCP - Offensive Security Certified Professional
- GPEN - GIAC Penetration Tester
- PNPT - Practical Network Penetration Tester
- Burp Suite Certified Practitioner
- eWAPT/eWAPTx - eLearning Web Application Penetration Tester
