Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Social Media Representative to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, order entry, social media management, and content creation. This role involves directly interacting with customers over the phone and electronically, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content, including blog posts and social media updates.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone and electronic communication.
Order Management: Accurately enter and process customer orders through WooCommerce and Shopify.
Issue Resolution: Quickly handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Social Media Management: Manage and execute daily posts on social media platforms, engaging with the community and responding to comments or inquiries.
Content Creation: Write and develop blog posts, social media content, and other marketing materials to support brand awareness and customer engagement.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and orders are processed efficiently.
Task Management: Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by management, with flexibility to handle changing priorities.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in an organized manner.
Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in customer service roles, with experience in efficiently resolving customer concerns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in WooCommerce and Shopify for order management and product entry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and provide clear solutions.
Social Media Experience: Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook , Instagram, Twitter , etc.), creating engaging posts, and responding to customer inquiries.
Content Creation: Strong writing skills, with the ability to develop blog posts and marketing content that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals.
Supplement/Vitamin Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with supplements or vitamins is a plus but not required.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: Ability to remain professional, courteous, and calm under pressure, handling multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and drive.
Positive Attitude: A consistent positive demeanor and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
