Human Resources Officer for Multimedia & Content
- Execute communication strategies that will effectively communicate HR initiatives and engage its target audience. This includes creative direction, copywriting, content and design planning and execution, as well as to ensure that the creative output is aligned with the communications plan and company branding. This is in order to keep employees well-informed and motivated
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the communications team and other involved stakeholders in conceptualizing communication strategies.
- Create content for outbound correspondences via email, website, portals and social or digital media platforms.
- Develop and disseminate employee relations materials that will increase the visibility of HR initiatives and other peoplerelated and company-wide programs to internal and external audiences.
- Provide copywriting, creative direction and proof-read materials prior to seeking approval from the Senior HR Manager.
- Assign appropriate communication channels and ensure timely release of materials according to approved audience, budget and schedule.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations on effective employee communication channels to ensure continuous relevance and impact to SM Supermalls’ diverse audience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications & Marketing
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or HR (agency or corporate)
- Demonstrated experience in development and execution of company communication strategies, utilizing a wide variety of media.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Has creative flair and can translate ideas into creative output and engaging communications. - Able to work to tight deadlines and manage projects with the given timelines.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Apple/Mac programs.
