Position Overview: As a Full-Stack Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience in implementing cyber security measures and ensuring web accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Implement security measures to protect web applications from threats and vulnerabilities.
Ensure web applications comply with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Conduct regular testing and code reviews to ensure quality and security.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, cyber security, and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (3+ years preferred).
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Expertise in back-end development (Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or similar).
Solid understanding of cyber security principles and best practices (OWASP Top 10, encryption, etc.).
Experience with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ARIA) and best practices.
Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
