Seeking a proactive HR Generalist to ensure seamless staffing across all departments and support effective manpower planning. You will collaborate closely with HR facet Management to streamline Compensation and Benefits Administration, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and Records Management.

Your Role:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and employee issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist in the administration of compensation programs.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.

Performance Management:

  • Facilitate performance review processes.
  • Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans.
  • Track and document performance issues and disciplinary actions.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for employees and managers.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct HR audits and maintain records.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; licensed Psychometrician is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 year of Recruitment and/or Compensation & Benefits Administration experience, Employee Relations and other fact of HR and Admin.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft excel is a plus.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to work full time on site in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
