- Manage inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage deliveries, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the correct location
- Monitor and respond to social media platforms, including managing Google reviews and other online reviews
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule social media posts
- Conduct market research and provide insights to the marketing team
- Communicate with clients and customers via email or phone as needed
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the management team
- Previous experience in marketing and/or administrative support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques is a plus
