We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service to join our team at DBOS!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the correct location
  • Monitor and respond to social media platforms, including managing Google reviews and other online reviews
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule social media posts
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to the marketing team
  • Communicate with clients and customers via email or phone as needed
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by the management team


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing and/or administrative support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques is a plus
