  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Account specific roles & responsibilities:
  • Supply medications to nursing homes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
  • Utilize advanced technology for easy access to medication management
  • Manage prior authorizations using Integra to facilitate medication approval processes
  • Address and resolve billing rejected claims in a timely manner
  • Handle collections of unpaid balances, ensuring effective communication with nursing homes


Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience as a BPO CSR handling a US HEALTHCARE INSURANCE account
  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
