  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage B2B and B2C customer inquiries and ensure an excellent client experience. You will handle tasks such as answering customer inquiries, processing online orders, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service to B2B and B2C clients
  2. Handle customer inquiries via phone (Aircall), email, and Skype
  3. Process online orders from social media platforms (Messenger, Shopify, etc.)
  4. Make calls to B2B clients for payment collection
  5. Send order forms and presentations to new customers
  6. Update and modify order forms for B2B clients
  7. Maintain and update inventory records using Excel
  8. Convert documents into PDF format
  9. Perform various administrative tasks using Office360

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in customer service, preferably with B2B and B2C clients
  2. Proficiency in Aircall, email, Skype, and managing online orders from social media and Shopify
  3. Strong Excel and PDF conversion skills
  4. Experience with Office360
  5. Excellent English communication skills

Work From Home Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
  • Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least Core i5 or higher).
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least Core i5 or higher).
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
  • Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
  • Must not be currently employed full-time elsewhere.
