The Role
As the Dayforce Payroll Implementation SME (Remote any where in world), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of Ceridian Dayforce Payroll, ensuring seamless integration with our OneCXC technology platform. You will work with regional teams to customize payroll systems to meet local regulations and collaborate with stakeholders globally to deliver a consistent payroll experience. This role is ideal for someone with deep Dayforce expertise, a passion for global payroll, and experience in multi-country system rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global rollout of Dayforce Payroll across 52 countries, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external vendors to ensure payroll system integration and compliance with local payroll laws.
- Configure and customize Dayforce Payroll to meet the specific needs of each region.
- Manage payroll data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure payroll systems meet requirements.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation, troubleshooting payroll issues and enhancing the system as needed.
- Train and support regional payroll teams on Dayforce functionality and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with all global and local payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience implementing Ceridian Dayforce Payroll in multi-country environments.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll systems, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll data migration, system integration, and post-go-live support.
- Technical expertise in configuring Dayforce Payroll to meet regional and global needs.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex payroll projects.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across different regions and time zones.
- Payroll certifications (CPP or equivalent) and experience with HRIS systems are highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce and financial systems like Certinia (FinancialForce) is an advantage.
