Key Responsibilities

  1. Co-lead and manage the climate resilience advisory team to assist both private sector and government clients in improving their resilience against future climate impacts.
  2. Contribute to the development and refinement of climate resilience data products and advisory services, ensuring they effectively address the specific needs of both private sector and government clients.
  3. Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and engaging with prospective clients in relation to physical climate risk assessment
  4. Translate and communicate climate risk information into relevant and actionable strategic recommendations for clients
  5. Ensure the successful delivery of climate resilience advisory projects by managing client engagements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.

Technical Skills

  • Expert risk management practitioner, with a focus on physical climate risk and its impact on business and government operations
  • Experienced in implementing various climate adaptation strategies
  • Familiar with climate data sources, climate models, and statistical analysis with strong ability to analyze and interpret data related to climate hazards.
  • Familiar or willing to learn physical climate risk assessment methodologies involving analyzing climate exposure, impacts, and adaptation strategies.
  • Knowledge on hazard assessment tools and data processing software/programming languages is a plus

  • Strong communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences, including clients and team members.
  • Innovative and curious mindset, consistently engaged in product development and the refinement and development of methodologies based on emerging insights and trends.
