Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. This is a remote position, and the candidate must have a quiet workspace and be focused on achieving recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to interview coordination
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies
• Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Utilize strong multitasking skills to manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines and hiring progress

• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn with a successful track record
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage various recruitment tasks simultaneously
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• A reliable, quiet home office setup, free from distractions
