ENROLLMENT & ADMISSIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and execution of enrollment and admissions campaigns (in both digital and traditional channels) for the Business and Health Sciences schools in order to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. They shall be working closely with the Sales and Marketing team of Cintana, as well as the Digital Marketing Officer to manage internal processes.
- Strategizes and implements an enrollment and admissions strategy for Business and Health Sciences schools.
- Works with key partners in Cintana Education and different stakeholders within the organization to monitor day-to-day processes to deliver targets.
- Prepares campaign/enrollment reports as required, to enable the leadership team to make business decisions. Likewise, make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; experience in an educational institution is an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge in the use and management of CRM systems;
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus;
- With excellent communication skills;
- At least five (5) years of experience in sales, recruitment, and marketing.
