  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team on a project-based contract for 6 months. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to fill various positions within our organization.

  • Support pre- briefs and de-briefs discussion
  • Sourcing best applicants to fill vacancies.
  • Posting and circulating open requirements on appropriate job boardsCreating and maintaining talent pools
  • Initiates paper and phone screen for hiring managers
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Developing resources for hiring events
  • Completion of reference and background checks

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in end to end recruitment.
  • Working knowledge or ATS such as BambooHR (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to protect confidential information
  • Start-up experience is a plus
