Key Responsibilities
- Run Quikly Projects: Manage and execute giveaway campaigns to engage our audience and promote brand awareness.
- Bynder Image Uploads: Oversee the upload and organization of digital assets using the Bynder Digital Asset Management tool.
- Media Press Kits: Prepare and distribute media press kits monthly, including location marketing communications for new rollouts and updates.
- Create Figmas & Update Decks: Design and update Figma files and presentation decks for weekly reviews.
- Task Management: Add feedback to Monday tasks after reviews to ensure clarity and accountability, and create some tasks as needed.
- LaserLove Program: Process referrals for the LaserLove Program, maintaining accurate records and follow-up.
- Brand Standard Audits: Manage monthly audits for brand standards across various locations to ensure consistency.
- Prep Launch Kits & Briefs: Create shells for launch kits and briefs to streamline marketing initiatives.
- Raffle Ticket Management: Maintain the raffle ticket spreadsheet.
- Additional ad hoc tasks: manage tasks that come up, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing support role or administrative position.
- Familiarity with digital asset management tools (e.g., Bynder) and project management software (e.g., mondayMonday.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Figma) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
